It is general experience that when you press F11 in firefox for full screen browsing, mostly when you want to take a screenshot, the extra buttons like refresh, stop etc do not leave the screen. They seem to be in love with you! But there is a way to hide those buttons without using any extension.
Just right click on the toolbar > customise. Then create new toolbar and drag all you need into the new bar and untick the navigation and bookmarks bars so they are hidden. Now you still have all the same controls in the new bar and when you hit f11 you have full screen simple! Hope that saves people filling up there memory with more useless extensions.
